Pool care coaching
Pool balancing & maintenance coaching
We can educate you on balancing and maintaining your pool—free in-store water tests, step-by-step guidance, and the right chemicals and equipment. We do not perform onsite pool repairs or scheduled pool maintenance visits.
How we help pool owners
Bring a water sample, tell us your pool size and sanitizer system, and we will explain what the test means in plain English. We point you to the products that match Spokane-area water—not a one-size-fits-all internet checklist.
What we do not do
We are not a pool route company. We do not dispatch technicians for weekly pool cleaning, equipment installs on swimming pools, or onsite pool repair. For hot tub and swim spa mechanical service, call to schedule spa repair.
- Balancing, shocking, and algae-prevention coaching
- Filter, pump, and heater guidance—education, not onsite pool service
- Chemicals and accessories stocked for the season you are in
Water testing
Stop by with a sample from your hot tub, swim spa, or backyard pool—we run the test in-store, explain what the numbers mean, and walk you through what to buy (or skip) next. Call to schedule if you need a set time.
Spa repair
Heaters, pumps, leaks, and controls on hot tubs and swim spas—call to schedule service. We do not perform onsite swimming pool repair or pool maintenance visits.
Seasonal spa care
Inland Northwest freezes are hard on plumbing and heaters. We help you winterize, restart, and season-check hot tubs and swim spas—plus stock the chemicals and covers that match our local water.
Built for Spokane water
Hard water is a silent
heater killer.
Spokane-area water can run hard—minerals that taste fine in a glass but leave scale on heaters, jets, and shells when left alone.
Our spa maintenance guidance uses scale preventatives suited to local mineral profiles. For pools, we educate you on balancing in-store—plus a free water test any time you want a second opinion.
