What we stock for DIY care
Shock, algaecide, clarifiers, filters, and accessories for the season you are in. You leave knowing which bottle does what—and which ones to leave on the shelf.

What we do not do
We are not a pool route company. We do not dispatch technicians for weekly pool cleaning, equipment installs on swimming pools, or onsite pool repair. That scope stays clear so you are never sold a service we cannot deliver.
When the problem is the spa, not the pool
Heaters, pumps, and leaks on hot tubs and swim spas are a different lane—call for spa repair. Many neighbors keep both; we keep the advice straight.

Common questions
Will you come clean my pool every week?
No. We coach in the showroom and sell supplies. We do not run pool maintenance routes.
Can you diagnose green water?
Bring a sample—we will read chemistry and walk shocking and filtration steps. Mechanical pool equipment issues are outside our onsite scope.
Do you help with spa water too?
Yes. Free water testing covers spas, swim spas, and pools. Mechanical spa repair is available by phone.
Where do I buy chemicals after the lesson?
In the showroom and via our spa chemicals & supplies page—matched to what your test showed.

Cloudy water, itchy skin, or a heater that keeps kicking out usually start with chemistry—not a new tub. Bring a sample from your hot tub, swim spa, or backyard pool. We test in-store, explain the numbers in plain English, and tell you what to buy (or skip) next.

Hot tub repair
A cold tub on a January morning is not “just wait it out.” Heaters, pumps, leaks, and controls fail—especially when hard water and freezes stack up. Call to schedule spa or swim spa service with the same local team that sells Artesian. We do not perform onsite swimming pool repair.
